Two youths were arrested on charges of stealing two-wheelers after taking them from prospective sellers on the pretext of test rides. Nineteen two-wheelers worth around Rs 15 lakh have been recovered from Yasin Baig, 22, of DJ Halli and his associate S Imran Khan alias Imran, 24, of Govindapura.
