With assembly elections round the corner, the Karnataka energy department is planning to reduce power tariffs across all slabs in January. Looking at a power tariff revision by 70 paise to Rs 2 per unit across categories, the department will submit its proposal to the Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission as part of the annual tariff revision exercise.https://ift.tt/BpW5hQ0
