Karnataka governor Thaawar Chand Gehlot on Monday referred a letter, allegedly written by seven agriculture department officials making cash-for-transfer charges against agriculture minister N Cheluvarayaswamy, to Karnataka chief secretary Vanditha Sharma for "appropriate consideration".
