A day after the Cauvery Water Regulatory Committee (CWRC) recommended release of 5,000 cusecs of water to Tamil Nadu, the Karnataka government on Wednesday decided to file a petition before the CWRC to review its recommendation, citing not enough water available in its reservoirs.
