A doctor and two women have been arrested in connection with a sex detection and foeticide racket that was busted last month. The doctor, Dr Tulasiram, would direct women seeking abortions to another doctor who would perform the procedure. The women arrested, Meena CM and Rizma Khanum, were involved in coordinating the operations.
