A woman in Belagavi was stripped, paraded, and thrashed after her son and his girlfriend eloped. The incident occurred in Hosa Vantamuri village. The woman was later admitted to KLE Hospital for recovery. Dundappa Ashok Gadkari, the woman's son, and his girlfriend belong to the Nayak community. Police arrested seven accused and deployed KSRP platoons in the village.
