The state government on Thursday revised the guidelines governing international travellers testing positive for Covid-19 on arrival. As per the new guidelines, asymptomatic and mildly symptomatic persons who have tested positive on arrival need not be hospitalized, but will be isolated at government-run Covid care centres or identified budget hotels, three- and five-star hotels attached to private hospitals for seven days.
